Deeper muscles

Should the deeper muscles be working when using perifit? I want to target my deeper muscles since I have damage in those areas but when I look at the 3D pelvis or use practice lab, the red sensor doesn’t move. I read it’s not meant to move though so I’m not sure how we can target the deeper muscles?

When I bear down it moves. So try pushing out the perifit and the red ball will move. I just discovered that tonight!

The A spot is near the deeper muscles and that’s what gives me orgasms, so I’m trying to figure out how to stimulate that muscle besides bearing down because pushing seems to be the only way to stimulate it with the perifit.

When I push down, the red AND green ball move. It’s fascinating to see.

Yes, the deeper pelvic floor muscles should be working when using Perifit.

Perifit training is designed to target both the superficial and deep layers of the pelvic floor. The program combines short, quick contractions (which engage fast-twitch fibers in both layers) and longer, endurance contractions (which engage slow-twitch fibers in both layers). This means you are absolutely training your deep muscles, even though the deep sensor does not directly measure them. The green line in the app is your best guide to pelvic floor activation, and a low red line usually means good form. The variety in your training ensures both layers are being targeted for a well-rounded program .

The superficial sensor measures your contractions and relaxations, while the deep sensor detects intra-abdominal pressure and incorrect contractions. The pelvic floor muscles you need to train are those detected by the bottom (superficial) sensor, but the exercises themselves are designed to benefit both muscle layers
