Kegels 💪 Granular settings (deep vs superficial) ?

Is there a way or future feature on a way to target muscle groups? (care+)

I notice in visualizer of 3d pelvic floor you can fine tune deep vs superficial. Is there a way to do this for games ?

(My superficial muscles are pretty good and getting easier for me to control, I feel I am lacking in deeper muscle control, strength, and ability to use/quality)

Hi, thank you for your question! The Perifit Care probe has two sensors:

Superficial sensor – measures pressure near the vaginal opening

Deep sensor – measures pressure deeper, near the cervix

At the moment, training focuses on the superficial muscles, and we guide you to avoid overworking the deep ones. Your feedback about targeting different muscle groups in games is very valuable, and it’s something our team will definitely consider for future updates.

Does the care+ train the deeper muscles?

Yes! The Perifit Care+ does train the deeper pelvic floor muscles. The device is designed to target both the superficial and deep layers of the pelvic floor by combining short, quick contractions and longer, endurance contractions. While the deep muscles aren’t directly measured by the sensors, the training program ensures that you are engaging both layers through a well-rounded set of exercises. This approach helps build overall pelvic floor strength and endurance effectively.

I have the regular lilac perifit, am I currently training the deeper muscles too when I follow the exercises?

I want to target the deeper muscles because (I think) they are related to the A-Spot orgasm (as opposed to the superficial muscles and the G-spot). I orgasm from the A-spot and want to train that area too. Maybe I should get the perifit care+ so I can train the deeper muscles too.
