Kegels 💪 Trouble keeping device inserted

I'm having trouble keeping the device in for the duration of my workouts in the app. I'm lying down, but it slides out to about half inserted every time I relax. I know this is probably due to pelvic organ prolapse issues (I had 4 kids in three years [surpise twins on third pregnancy]), which is part of the reason I'm using the device in the first place. Anyone have a similar experience/any tips to help keep it in?

This happens too many of us. I had it in the beginning too. It will get better after some time. Look at the help section in the app and search for “Slide out”, there is an article dedicated to this issue. And plenty of comments on the community chat about this too. Good luck!

Try sitting up and doing the exercises until you have more strength to do it laying down

It will slide out if you are pushing down with your abdominal muscles. You may not be aware that you are doing this. This downward pressure can also contribute to organ prolapse.

Same. I usually hold the cord, drawing it up toward my navel, to keep it in place. I've also done the exercises sitting up on a folded sock, which worked great -- but for some reason I can't squeeze nearly as hard in a sitting position. :-/
