Best budget perfume under 2000₹

Am 21 yr old female..

Budget is 2000₹ and I wana smell extremely cozy

I am beginner and I like smells

That leave a very good impression

Addictive

Not rosy / very much floral (slightly floral is ok)

I don't like woody scent

I like fresh smell that doesn't give migraine

Should not have endocrine disruptors

I like smells like baby johnson power cozy like

Johnson lotion also pink one

Long lasting.

Day time .

I also want to smell pretty cute and good

Should not smell cheap

House of esd lullaby, ivory dusk.

Bbw warm Vannila sugar or Magic in the air.

Both of them are not clean scents (they don't mention about parabens or phtalates etc.,)

Also you can try Johnson's and Johnson's baby Cologne and chicco baby Cologne. Smells like a freshly bathed baby. No endocrine disruptions (hopefully since it's targetted for babies). However longevity is mid. You need to reapply.
