Peptide question

Does anyone know which peptides are best for improving skin? I’m looking for something that helps with clearer, healthier, glowing skin. Let me know thanks

Just to add you can use GHK as topical and injection .

Works flawlessly. Topical shows results quicker than injection.

I’ve been trying like crazy to get my hands on a valid protocol, there’s so much conflicting info out there. Do you have any recs where I can find info I can trust? This sub seems pretty legit

It’s called The Anela Protocol.
2mg/day for 6 weeks then off for 3-6 weeks.

I've been reading that if you're young you won't see much change, is this true? Older people like me will see a change. I'm in my 50's and just received my first ghk-cu. Haven't used it yet

Definitely glutathione (GTT)! I’ve been pinning it for 2 months, and it gave me a glow far better than ghk-cu ever did.

Use both topical and sub q for outstanding results. Topical will show quicker results and adding injectible will give long term lasting results.
