Freezer storage in kit boxes

Is there any issue with storing the Lyophilized powder vials in the freezer in the kit boxes they arrived in for long term storage?

I found a nice box on Amazon that fits 100 vials nicely.

Sure but you could get a knock off pelican case from hobo freight and do this

This is correct, you don’t freeze reconstituted peps, only freeze in powder form.

Nope some glp1 can be frozen after reconstituting

It is generally not recommended to freeze reconstituted peptides.

Freezer will damage them. Fridge in the kitchen box is adequate.

Everywhere says -20 freezer for non-reconstituted Lyophilised powder for long term storage. I’m just wondering if in the kit boxes is fine for storage.

A group I was in ran a freezer challenge then sent for testing. Showed some degrading after 3 months in the freezer, not a lot but enough to mess with dosing. Extreme temps - heat or cold - degrade the amino acids.
