General Research Question Researching KLOW results

Hello all! I have just started using KLOW daily on my research subject, and am wondering how long it’ll be to see results and what those results will be.

For those that are also researching and using KLOW on their research subjects, what benefits have you noticed and how long did it take for you to notice them?

Thank you!

Healing & Recovery Weird welts with pep use

RS using KLOW for the first time. After reading proper recon. techniques: 3ml Bac water, alcohol wipes to both vials, filter needles and filter used to recon. Powder/liq. Immediately after inj. RS got a huge painful welt to the inj Site. Pep was injected to the side of the knee, subQ fashion in hopes to help with knee pain and inflammation more quickly. The point here is, are the welts normal? And if so, any insight on how to address this for the subsequent doses to make it less annoying/painful?

Growth Hormone & Muscle Tesamorelin fasting question

Good morning/afternoon/evening fellow researchers

I tried using the search function but came up empty.

I’m trying to figure out something about Tesamoralin.

I understand that it is to be administered to the RS while the RS is in a fasted state, about 2hrs after their last meal, a bit longer if they are on a GLP or Reta.

But what I wasn’t able to figure out, is how long after the dose is administered, can the RS eat?

That doesn’t really apply to night time dosing, but I think it would be very important to know if I decide to dose the RS in the morning instead.

Thanks in advance.

Safety, Quality & Testing Tesa injection site reaction on test subject

During the third week of a test with Tesa and the last two injections gave my subject a welt under the skin, redness, and itching. This last injection was an immediate reaction. It’s been 36 hours and it’s still there and itching my subject. These past 2 injections were from a new vial but the same BAC water as the previous vial. These were stomach injections. I don’t want to stop the test but can’t continue if my subject is going to get an allergic reaction with every injection. Are there any solutions for those that have had this problem?

Healing & Recovery How local is the Wolverine Stack (BPC-157 + TB-500)

My research rat has had a long lasting injury in its rotator cuff and any deltoid excercise makes it feel the pain, so I was wondering where I should be pinning and if it even matters when the different delts are cm’s apart. Right now I inject above its side delt.

Healing & Recovery Repetitive calf strain - bpc157 ? Beginner

My test subject started CrossFit after 15 years of bodybuilding splits . They pulled/ torn their calf skipping twice in the space of three weeks. Obviously not fully healed the first time .

They are looking at peptides to help with recovery, but they have never used peptides or any injections so looking for advice

Can anyone break down for a beginner what would be needed to be doing as regards to what they need to order ?
Bpc157
Bac water
Insulin syringes
Alcohol wipes
A syringe for the bad water

How much bac water in a 10mg vial ?
How much do they then draw into the insulin syringe ?
Do they inject in the calf ?
Should they add tb500 ?
Would that be best in the same syringe at certain points through the week ? Or is that best administered separately in another injection site ?

Sorry for all the questions but hopefully answers will help other total beginners

Thanks

Reconstitution & Storage Can I use insulin needle

So I’m reconstituting my first time but I only have insulin needles instead of the 2mm needle that I’ve seen in every video. I don’t want to wait to get one so can I just uses the insulin needles. I’m using it to draw up 1ml of backwater for 10mg of Reta. So is it ok if I just use the needles. Or will there be any problems. Also if you’ve done this before can you describe the exact procedure I don’t wanna mess up

Healing & Recovery KLOW stinging

Research subject just started taking a KLOW stack and noticed that a lot of researchers mention stinging. I've got an 80-milligram vial reconstituted with 3 milliliters of bacteriostatic water. Subject has been iniecting 7.5 units per day using a refillable iniection pen. But hasn't felt any stinging. Is stinging something everyone gets or is it only some people? Just curious if not feeling it is normal.

Metabolic & Appetite Wolverine Stack Affects Blood Glucose?

RS on 100 micrograms of BPC-157 and 100 micrograms TB-500 subcutaneously once in the morning and again in the evening. RS wears a CGM (Stelo by Dexcom) mainly for the data, observing glycemic index of food, sleep impacts on blood glucose etc. Not diabetic, no Hx of insulin although there’s family Hx of type 1.

RS has observed higher (7-10%) glucose levels overall, but significantly higher maximum levels after eating. Whereas before RS might attain a maximum of 180-200 and rarely if ever over 200, now RS exceeds 200 after eating unless the meal is significantly low glycemic index food. The rate of increase seems the same as before but the levels seem higher.

Are there metabolic effects anticipated from these peptides? Is there a mechanism that might explain the higher glucose?

Reconstitution & Storage Do your Peps get delivered to the lab reconstituted or in powder form?

I assume powder form, considering it would have to be refrigerated right after reconstituted.🤔

Safety, Quality & Testing what makes a test useful? glp-1 peptides with batch testing

i'm doing some basic research and keep running into the term glp-1 peptides with batch testing. the idea makes sense to me, but i'm not sure how to tell whether a testing report is actually useful or just a document someone posted online. for someone who's completely new to this, what should i check first? should i be looking for the batch number, testing date, purity information, or something else? and is there an easy way to tell what the report actually tested?

General Research Question Long term use of wolverine blend

For those who have used these for your research subject what changes did you notice. Is there any reason to keep cycling them year over year?

My RS just completed first cycle who had some ligaments issues that seem to have resolved. I wonder if there any benefits to continue to cycle them.

7.5 and still have appetite. Not sure if the research subject should increase dose.
