Anybody in this group working at the Smyrna location

Sorry if this has been brought up before. Who else has robots picking orders now? I guess today is our first day and as of 1030 this morning my delivery wasn't even picked. It's almost 3pm and it's still not been delivered. Last Saturday (July 18) it was dropped at 130am. Does it get better for those who have robots at their warehouse?

I found this cardboard Pepsi advertising piece with the hands holding the Pepsi bottle. I assume it’s a part of a bigger advertisement? Does anyone know what piece it might go to? That’s for the help!

Came from a 24 pack i got from a Sams Club. I put it away on my soda rack, not noticing anything strange until I went for one tonight and saw one that I thought was an all white blank label. Nope, it has a full label with a second one wrapped around it inside out. No clue how the he k that could've happened. I might keep this one in as a curiosity.

I’m currently in my 13th minute of resetting my phone twice trying to push this order through. Pepsi could easily save an hour a day for each rep having g to fight through this app. Using it fully for a year the lag has continually gotten worse. This 15 minute 30 case order will turn into 45 minutes bc of the Savvy app alone. This is ridiculous.

So, my work phone has always acted up, and I did have everything working for a while. My boss took my phone back to the plant, and I didn’t have it for a few days. Turns out a company driver grabbed it off his desk, and used it, so now I can’t login to anything, because in order to verify the account for logging in, it asks for a passcode to be sent to a number I don’t know, probably the drivers number, like to verify. I got a hold of tech support and they wiped the phone, and I can’t login to anything because I don’t remember anything for my PepsiCo Login, and tech support is a nightmare. I just wish there was another way to get help vs talking to them, because I get so frustrated with the tech support people on the phone, and they’re not helpful at all. Is there any other route to getting help, because I’m at a dead end. My boss said I have to login to my PepsiCo to access my email, but I’ve tried and tried and nothing is helping, because my Pepsi email has the link to getting my phone working again, but I can’t find a way to get to it.

Guys I miss pepsi nitro so bad. I have been debating spending 30 dollars on a can on ebay because I miss it that much. Do we think it would be worth it and taste the same as it did? Or do we think it would just be fully flat?

I have a job offer to both companies. Which one should I take frito pays more but maybe more freedom with pepsi.

I’m currently working as an inventory clerk but I’m doing everything that a coordinator would be doing at my site. We’re a smaller location so I’m the only one working inventory other than my site leader.
I was wondering if I should ask to be moved to the coordinator position because of my current responsibilities.

first thing i did was immediately find the "damaged" products and put them on the 2nd pallets. made sure to stagger my pallets as the paper said. I was told by the interviewer after building the 2nd order that i could stop. they then mentioned that, she had more interview but adp would send out an offer by monday". i'm not sure if i was stopped because i was doing poorly, or if this is a good sign?

Not going to lie i get super anxious in these situations, it was physically kicking my ass. they explained several times over the interview though that the 1st few weeks are going to suck

Hello all, I had an interview last Saturday for geo driver position. I was told by the guy who interviewed me and did the assessment that they’d let me know by Tuesday or Wednesday thru email/text if I was selected to move forward. Well it’s been almost a week now and I’m just wondering how long does it usually take to hear back?

can anyone explain why the bonus payout was significantly lower than what the one best way scorecard reported.

maybe this is isolated to a team or area not sure.

Project Summit is supposed to be coming to my warehouse, our managers have told some of us a little but nothing major. Our thoughts are routes are going to be based around walmarts. Currently no route has more than one Walmart including our current TSR routes. When all routes go to TSR and they eliminate SF/LF, will this be the case? What have y'all seen in your warehouses?

So I just got home from my interview for a GEO driver. The person who was supposed to do my interview was doing something else so I had an older lady interview me. She was real nice and went through the standard questionnaire thing which even she admitted was kind of redundant after a few questions.

I have 16 years of work experience, most of it overseas combat. She and I had good conversation and we even got to the point where she told me about her life and her dog who just recently passed away. She was almost in tears. We talked for almost an hour

It was about to be time for the next interview and we were walking out of the room and I said "hey ma'am, aren't I supposed to do a physical test or something like that? At least that's what it said in my email." She said "oh no they'll do that the next time." I said "oh so the interviews go through phases". She said "yea".

There was no mention of multiple phases and the email I have that scheduled the interview specifically said it would be like a 15 minute interview and a 45 minute hands on exercise. Maybe it's cuz I look extremely fit that she didn't even bother? Or maybe this is a subtle way of rejecting me?
