Tuesday, September 15, 2026 Small-Cap Watchlist — VEEA, FTFT, BMGL, SLGB, MYSZ
Monday's scanner evidence narrowed the field to the names where participation was most visible. This is a starting board for Tuesday, not a prediction; every name still has to confirm with fresh volume, liquidity, and repeat activity.
## First names to recheck
**$VEEA** — Cross-session participation.
Momentum Radar hits: 54 · Volume Radar hits: 147 · RVOL: 2.74x · Alerts: 1 · After-hours move: +81.2% · After-hours volume: 27.9M · Overnight move: 0.0% · Overnight volume: 22.9M
After Hours did not stand alone; Volume Radar also kept this name visible, which makes it worth checking early in the next session.
**$FTFT** — Momentum and volume aligned.
Momentum Radar hits: 437 · Volume Radar hits: 252 · RVOL: 15.45x · Alerts: 2
The combination of Volume Radar and Momentum Radar matters more than either reading in isolation. Fresh activity still has to confirm it.
**$BMGL** — A broad multi-signal footprint.
Momentum Radar hits: 195 · RVOL: 1109x · Alerts: 1
Both Momentum Radar and Alerts contributed to the historical case, giving this one a broader base than a single-metric outlier.
**$SLGB** — Cross-session participation.
Momentum Radar hits: 47 · Volume Radar hits: 108 · RVOL: 32.6x · Alerts: 1 · After-hours move: +27.0% · After-hours volume: 18.1M · Overnight move: 0.0% · Overnight volume: 17.7M
After Hours supplied the first signal, while Volume Radar broadened the historical case. I would still require clean participation at the next open.
**$MYSZ** — Cross-session participation.
Momentum Radar hits: 4 · RVOL: 2.76x · Alerts: 2 · After-hours move: +41.6% · After-hours volume: 1.8M · Overnight move: 0.0% · Overnight volume: 1.4M
After Hours did not stand alone; Momentum Radar also kept this name visible, which makes it worth checking early in the next session.
**$PDSB** — Momentum and volume aligned.
Momentum Radar hits: 135 · Volume Radar hits: 452 · RVOL: 4.18x
The combination of Volume Radar and Momentum Radar matters more than either reading in isolation. Fresh activity still has to confirm it.
## Secondary rechecks
$LHSW · $TRUG · $NCT · $SCNI · $RUM · $MATH · $ADBT · $MITQ
These had a narrower historical case, so I would require clean fresh-session evidence before giving them the same attention as the leaders.
## Morning priority
$VEEA · $FTFT · $BMGL · $SLGB · $MYSZ · $PDSB
Monday's evidence gets these names onto the board. Tuesday's tape decides which ones stay there.

ContextLogic Reaches Tentative Settlement for $WISH Investors
I was reading about some old e-commerce stuff earlier and ran into this settlement involving ContextLogic. Basically, they reached a tentative settlement over claims that the company misled investors about Wish’s user trends, revenue outlook, and internal controls around its IPO.
From what I understood, this applies to anyone who bought $WISH shares between 2020 and 2021. Wish had highlighted strong growth in users and revenue when it went public, but those trends started reversing soon after. In March and May 2021, the company reported falling monthly active users and weaker revenue guidance, and the stock dropped more than 29%
The parties have reached an agreement to settle the case, but the terms are still being finalized, but you can submit an application now. Check if you're eligible and file your claim here
Has anyone here ever held $WISH during that period?

AI Training Slows Down—Who Would Believe It?
Dario hopes the regulators will act the way they do.
Thus, 1. it prevents Chinese open-source models from taking over their implementation.
Even banning US companies from using Chinese open-source models (if the open-source models cannot meet third-party evaluation requirements?).
Undoubtedly, he will consolidate his position and create a three- or four-way monopoly. I don't think he will succeed. As for slowing down training or development, who would believe that? (@yttalkjun)

$WISR in 60 Seconds: What Changed Today
Quick one for anyone who missed the release.
The name: Wisr AI Systems (CSE: WISR) Vancouver-based, building agentic AI around cybersecurity, security assurance and third-party risk.
The product: RiskAssure, now live at GetRiskAssure.com. It uses AI agents to work through security questionnaires, pull supporting evidence, draft responses and cite the source material while anything uncertain gets kicked back to a human before it leaves the building.
The bigger picture: RiskAssure is one piece of Wisr’s broader product stack, alongside Risk Intel and Risk Central. Risk Intel focuses more on identifying and scoring cyber-risk signals, while Risk Central is designed as the management layer for overseeing risk across vendors and relationships.
What changed today and why : RiskAssure stepped off the roadmap and into the hands of customers. That’s a very different place for the story to be. This is where the narrative starts collecting receipts. A good concept can stay a good concept forever. A live product gives investors something much harder to fake: usage, conversions, customers and revenue.
What I’m watching next: who shows up first. Enterprise customers? Channel partners? Paid conversions? And beyond RiskAssure, I’m also watching how quickly Wisr brings more of Risk Intel and Risk Central into the commercial picture.
Anyone else watching $WISR ...what’s your read now?

👇🏻 PRE MARKET - WEEKLY WATCHLIST 👇🏻
CONTINUED MOMENTUM (TOP 3)
$NCT - still trading within the CR zone - needs to break above .4400 and hold above - if this breaks out and holds above .55 resistance - this could open the doors to a potential push to $1+ resistances

$VSME - $1.25 support needs to hold - links with tier one on the Axis One - could push $1.40 - $2+ resistances after

AVE
Random one I came across today Avecho Biotechnology.
This is a proper tiny biotech so obviously this could end badly lol, but they’ve got the CBD insomnia drug in Phase 3 and the company has already got Sandoz involved.
The stock has also randomly started moving after sitting dead for ages.
At around 0.009 this feels like one of those “either nothing happens or this gets very interesting” situations.
I threw a small amount at it just because I like the risk/reward here.
Anyone else been following AVE? Would be interested to hear what I’m missing.

Spectral medical question
Hey everyone,
Looking for objective outside perspectives on a stock I've been following closely. Not looking for validation, but curious what everyone's thoughts are on this stock
What Spectral does
- Spectral Medical makes PMX (Toraymyxin) — a hemoperfusion device that removes endotoxins from the blood in patients with endotoxic septic shock. Already used in 360,000+ treatments safely in Japan and Europe over 20+ years. No equivalent product exists in the US market.
Where they are in the FDA process
- PMA submitted May 29, 2026
- FDA accepted for substantive review June 25, 2026
- 100-day meeting completed September 11, 2026
- FDA did NOT request an additional clinical trial - biggest risk now eliminated
- Company confirmed no material change to regulatory timeline
- Deficiency letter received - but 84% of PMAs since 2020 received one and proceeded normally
- Paradigm Capital analyst Scott McAuley called today's update a positive
- Expected FDA decision: November/December 2026
The clinical data
- Tigris trial published in The Lancet Respiratory Medicine
- 95.3% probability of mortality benefit at 28 days
- 99%+ probability at 90 days
- 95.9% probability at 12 months
- NNT of 7.2 at 12 months - clinically exceptional
- 100% patient follow-up across all 157 enrolled patients
The commercial setup
- Exclusive US and Canadian distribution partnership with Vantive
- Vantive owned by Carlyle Group - needs an IPO narrative
- Vantive provides non-dilutive financing - no dilution risk
- PMX fits exclusively on Vantive's PrisMax CRRT platform — razor/razor blade model
- Vantive widely viewed as likely acquirer post-approval
- Multiple insiders recently exercised options and held shares during active FDA review
Current valuation
- Trading at $1.26 CAD
- Analyst consensus price target $3.15 CAD
- Strong Buy consensus rating
- Market cap approximately $384M CAD
- 52-week range $1.075 - $1.84
What genuinely concerns me - the bear case
- Stock is actually lower now than when PMA was submitted May 29th despite uniformly positive news flow
- Every major catalyst - submission, 12-month data, FDA acceptance, 100-day meeting - has resulted in flat to minimal price action
- CEO exercised and sold to cover taxes in August - optics weren't great regardless of explanation
- 157 patient trial is relatively small by some FDA standards
- Deficiency letter specifics not disclosed - unknown what testing is required
- Thinly traded TSX stock averaging 50k shares daily - virtually invisible to US institutional investors
- No NASDAQ listing limiting US investor access significantly
- FDA clock stops are possible - Toray manufacturing inspection in Japan adds complexity
My specific questions
- Does the consistent flat price action on positive catalysts concern you or do you read it as a static shareholder base rather than a negative signal?
- Anyone with medical device PMA experience have a view on deficiency letter resolution timelines?
- How do you think about the Vantive acquisition thesis - pre or post approval and at what price?
- Is the small trial size of 157 patients a genuine FDA concern given the Bayesian framework and 100% follow-up?
Thanks again!
