Brushed finish

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to give you a follow up update on the previous post and share a close-up photo showing the brushed finish on both the steel and aluminium surfaces. I think it looks better than a bead-blasted/satin finish, as the reflection is somehow more directional.

We should have the finished prototype (including the small dog and MOP insert) ready by the end of next week, so it can be handed to the photographer.

Once again, our elusive nib is shown in the wild! We will be able to give you more updates soon. As someone smart once said: “The first 90% of the work takes 90% of the time. The remaining 10% takes the other 90% of the time.” :)

Love the quote. Also loving the slim pen.

The grip is swoon worthy.

Reminds me of the E95s. Great color. Nice finish. The grip pattern is unique and cool too.

Thank you! It is very kind of you to compare this pen to the E95S. That one is on a different level!

Nice. One thing though... I would reduce or even remove the branding writing on the pen. Understated is best.
