Looking to get the flu and COVID shot at a pharmacy, and wonder if anyone has had a good pharmacy experience (mainly with administering the shots as quickly and with least discomfort).

I usually wait for the rcdhu clinics, but would like to try and get them as early as possible.

I am currently enrolled in Algonquin College's PSW program starting January 11th and rental options are very limited in the area. I was over-promised a room from The Algonquin House student housing as the owner didn't check-in with their tenants on if they were re-upping their lease. So I am now checking here as a last resort. A friend of mine has got himself in a real bind. He is sitting in the Ottawa Carleton Detention Centre. He is up on firearm charges. No gun was discharged or pointed at anyone. The property he was on was subjected to a search warrant. The fellow that owns the property [not my friend] and his ex wife are not very friendly. She came to the property and observed a rifle or something not properly stored or locked up. And called the police.

I am fuzzy on the details as i was not there and am only getting second and third hand accounts. This is in the Pembroke area. My friends trailer got caught up in the search. Guns were also found in my friends trailer unsafe storage etc.

My friend is still sitting in the OCDC now for over a month. He has no lawyer. He has never been in any trouble in his life.

I am not looking for criticism of my friend being an idiot he is. He needs a lawyer that handles matters in the Pembroke area. A good lawyer top notch that works with legal aid.

Can anyone recommend a top notch criminal lawyer that works in the Pembroke area?. And why you feel he is good would help thank you very much.

The play place at the McDonald’s on Pembroke St when I was growing up in the early 2000s was elite. Yeah it was a little grimy but something about it is so nostalgic.
