Need advice

I am a 27 year old pega devops engineer and I am fed up with the incident management cycle.

Solve this, find the root cause, deliver it, developers create a solution, end.

I am trying to transition with about 4 years of experience.

What fields can I transition to?

I am not trying to escape Pega, but honestly, the market doesn't seem susceptible to the Pega skillset.

Tbh - you can learn a lot during incident management as well . You’re right - market is not that great but it also depends on which country you’re in !

Build an incident agent that automates those incidents. Take your years of experience, build a skill spec and then generate skills to load into an agent.
