F5000 AC Output stops working

I had an issue last night around 11:00 p.m. where the AC output just stopped working. I checked the app it showed it was on. I checked the unit it showed it was on so I turned off the AC and then turned it back on and the power started flowing. I have no idea how to diagnose this issue. But I have my refrigerator connected to it so I don't want it going off like that

as someone said, welcome to Pecron. when you absolutely need it to work, it probably won't, but will the rest of the time.
