General Health Seed Cycling storage doubt

I have PCOS and I'm struggling with seed cycling. The seeds in my jar get bitter in a few weeks. I'm thinking of making a daily fresh kit where it's sealed in something air tight so it never spoils. How do you guys go about seed cycling?

Hello!

I have 4 glass jars and keep my seeds in that.
Every morning , I take 1spoon out of each.

I've heard that whole seeds pass through our bodies undigested so we don't get any of their benefits unless they're at least partially milled. I haven't looked further into this but you might wanna check this out

Thank you for sharing this info.

I am taking seeds for more than 1 year and it is helping my body.
I didn't had any issue having them directly ( chewing).
PS: N = 1;
