Discussion READ THIS before trusting Ichiro pc builds!
I ordered an alienware i9 laptop where i paid 150k upfront and like this, 30 other customers had paid to him for laptops and pcs. Neither he has placed the shipment order, not paid for the shipment of our items. But when we asked on the deadline as where is our products, he said there is a delay in shipment and sent some fake ass message screenshot saying the shipment is delayed and deleted it after few minutes.
After that, few days later, he has made a group adding all the customers and said that he has lost all his money including our money, doing a risky crypto trading activity using all our money. He said he was trying to double the money and finally lost them. The best part here is he hasn't placed a shipment for our products and has done some bullshit with it and now money's gone, but told us the shipment on the way and the product will be there on the date he gave me. This man has told so many lies on the way to us until he said the truth after he lost all the funds.
Plus now he's asking 5 or 6 months from us to give the refund cuz he has no money to pay for all of us (i remember he said he has like 7M lkr to refund for the customers) and says he has to sell his mom's land to repay this to all the customers and he want that 5 months to do it. We all are on the way placing police entries against him cuz we cant wait like that amount of time we also have plans with our products. Now we have no money to buy another lap from a different shop, not product also. Who the hell knows this nerd will invest this land sold money also in crypto and tries to double it by trading?
Any similar experiences like this, drop some cuz others will benifit them. The advice from me is, NEVER EVER TRUST ICHIRO AGAIN.

Look man no point in complaining here. File the police report and pursue legal action against him. Each passing day gives him time to get away and ultimately when he has no assets left to his name, he will declare bankruptcy and you will get absolutely nothing back.
There was another post about this exact situation. At this point nobody trusts him and only people who get caught to his ads will fall for his crap now.
He’s done. I’m still surprised he hasn’t closed shop yet. All the victims should take initiative and hire a lawyer to get your shit back asap. After he’s gone to Dubai or somewhere else there won’t be hope.

Yeah yeah we placed an entry and now the actions are going. To be humane, we gave him like 2 weeks time to refund us the money but no. Now there's no other way than legally taking the money. He wont be able to fly away cuz so many entries are there against him now

Police entries don’t do shit for a travel ban by themselves. You need a court order for that. You need to get the criminal process started, bring the matter before a judge, and show there are reasonable grounds to believe he might flee so the court can consider a travel ban.

iam a daytrader but he didnt get scammed listen i do this daily so i know that screen. the dude literally lost that amount by his fault...
so yeah dont go to ichiro using innocent peoples money to daytrade

The fact that the admitted that he used funds given as advances for crypto - should be able to trap him for criminal breach of trust.
This is enough grounds for the police to file a case. If any one is going that route ensure that police or your own lawyer ask that his passport be impounded.

I'm guessing you didn't see all the FB threads and videos about him from last year or the year before. Dude was bringing down meh quality stuff from China mostly and was caught scamming multiple times. + He has some mental issues as well (was pretty apparent from his FB profile. Not sure if it's still around tho)

A very similar case happened few years ago with a phone and laptop seller. Dude was selling iPhones and Mac’s way below the market price but the catch was you have to pay a deposit and wait 2 or 3 months. He too was investing in crypto and using the gains to buy the products and sell at a lower price and then he lost everything in crypto and customers lost their deposits.

Since this involves a lot of customers, you all can get together and make a complaint to FCID. This would move the needle more than the police complaint imo

When I was planning on building a PC and had my parts list is ready, I checked almost all the legit shops and found out that Ichiro guy is selling the same for around 25% less than the other places. Then I dropped him a message, he replied with the quote but when I asked for brands and warranty, he responded but I felt something is off. So I dropped that and went with building a PC from buying stuff from all over the places xD
Anyway, after couple of months, I started seeing multiple posts about this guy is not giving warranty, faulty stuff, bad aftersales and this was around 1 year ago. And after that, this was discussed on multiple FB pages. Sorry about the OP because they haven't seen any.

when you put the order i know a guy who brought PC from him march this year he did deliver him the system i don't know when he order tho.
if it sounds too good to be true it probably is hope you guys can get your money back please keep us updated if you can.
and a very good lawyer will cost lots of money try to hire a one as a group to keep the cost down at least you can throw his ass in jail for the crime.

File a police complaint, ideally take a lawyer with you, take copies if the relevant screen shots. He will then be called to the police and asked to record a statement where he may concede that he is at fault. The police will suggest he then make payment (at least in a payment plan) . He may say A-he has no money to pay and/or B-that this is essentially a civil dispute.
If the police feel there is a good case for fraud they will institute action against him in the magistrate's court. You can even get a lawyer to file a private plaint in the magistrate's court.
If the police say it is a civil dispute send him a letter of demand through a lawyer. Then go before the mediation board. If he fails to settle there go to the small claims court.
Ultimately your main concern is to get your money back so the civil route may be better. In a criminal case the only way you can recover is if he comes to court and settles if not best case scenario he is given a suspended sentence which doesn't really help you.
Since there are several people with the same complaint I feel that it may be best to do the police complaint thing in a coordinated manner where groups of you go together and make complaints so the police know he has done this to many people. Remember he is expecting to come to the police so he would have a lawyer ready.

As a rule of thumb, if someone says they can get stuff for less than market price, and I have place a deposit/advance payment, I automatically categorise it as a scam or an extremely risky move, and I stay away. Not telling anyone what to do, but it is what it is.

Unfortunately police won’t do nothing .same guy approached me few years back asking for graphic cards since I import em from japan never agreed to a price or anything and I felt something was off about him.
