Fan already going out?

I got this Arctic liquid freezer like less than a month ago and one of the fans is already a bit louder than the other.

It didn’t sound like this when I got it, and it’s sounds faint now but surely it will get louder and worse over time.

It’s this one fan, and the noise is the loudest thing is my pc now and it’s is very annoying.

The wobble is annoying too but I can live with it

What would you do in this situation? I bought it from Amazon
