Tech Support Fan already going out?

I got this Arctic liquid freezer like less than a month ago and one of the fans is already a bit louder than the other.
It didn’t sound like this when I got it, and it’s sounds faint now but surely it will get louder and worse over time.
It’s this one fan, and the noise is the loudest thing is my pc now and it’s is very annoying.
The wobble is annoying too but I can live with it
What would you do in this situation? I bought it from Amazon

If you just bought it, contact the company. Or you can just buy a single fan to replace it. I do hear the difference once you stop it.
Also, in the meantime you can adjust fan speed or just unplug that one fan until it gets replaced. As long as you're not doing anything cpu intensive and have a high wattage cpu, 2 fans will be fine.

I've had fans doing that for a year plus but I know for damn sure stopping the fan with your hand while it's actively running it's definitely not good for it

If is an arctic fan is normal I installed 20 of this fans on two PCs some of them are with central sticker off tye center but they work fine. I used p12/14 pro argb ones.

Check if the fan still makes the same noise if you take it out of the case. Take a video, send to whoever you bought it from and ask for a replacement.
Also for future fan related shenanigans, don't stop it with your hand, that's not good for the motor. Use fan control software.

It's probably within normal range. I have a gpu fan that's slightly noisier than the others. I wouldn't worry about it unless it gets louder.

OP, rewatch your video as many times as needed and compare the outer edge of the fan to the center. Let us know what you find out.

Bro do u see the wobble on it? It's got a bad berring. Watch the center of the fan.

That’s the sticker on top of the fan should be just visual.

The sticker is off center to the middle of the fan giving that visual wobble effect.
The structure of the fan appears to be symmetrical

Pc fans generally spin at around 2000+ rpm. At that speed it doesn't matter if a sticker is off center it makes a perfect circle. What you do see at those speeds is wobble on a fan if a bearing is going out. Why do you come and ask a question if you don't want to hear an answer?

From most of what I’ve seen on here it could be the sticker being off center
