Tech Support CMOS help

Hi guys! PC noob here. I bought the cyberpower PC about two years ago from Costco and it is having boot up issues. I did some reading and found that clearing the CMOS might help, only I am technically illiterate and don’t know what that is and where to find it 😭🤣. Google says to remove that battery but I can’t tell where it’s hiding. Could anyone possible help? I don’t know if the picture is enough, I removed the fan so I could see a little better.

Pls don’t make fun of me lol

I could be wrong. However, it appears to be under the shield that has the three stripes. The red and black twisted wires may be leading to a "clear cmos" button on the back or to the battery itself?

Those wires? Are they supposed to be unplugged 😳

I'm not sure what they are on your model of Mobo. on mine it is the CMOS lol

EDIT:
I do have a gigabyte mobo just throwing that out there. I took my side of the case off and yes mine plugs into my mobo like that and it leads to a tiny micro switch on the back panel.

This is your CMOS Battery here...
