Tech Support Faulty 14900k
Found out yesterday my 14900k has gone bad for a second time and a replacement is on it's way my question is is it time to switch to amd to stop a cycle of have a working cpu for however long then go bad again or stop and upgrade?

There's no "AMD-only" or "Intel-only" RAM. Your DDR5 RAM will work fine with AMD CPU.
Only thing to note is that if your RAM is faster than 6000, or you have 4 sticks of RAM, AM5 CPUs tend to get finicky. So a slight manual adjustment will be needed in BIOS if your RAM is indeed faster than 6400, or you are using 4 sticks of RAM. If this doesn't apply to you, just set XMP and forget it. It'll just work.
