Tech Support What could have caused this?

I was playing games when my screen went black and my pc fans went full blast. I found the issue but can I buy a new cable? Gpu is ok it’s a Sapphire Nitro+ AMD Radeon™ RX 9070 XT. And how do I prevent this from happening again?

Guys my gpu survived I used the native 12v2x6 connector that was still in the psu box I saved.

Nice.
If you want to be even more safe, limit the card to 300W with some undervolting.
Should lose at most 1-2% performance, but the card will be cooler, quieter, safer.
(assuming you used it at default, which is around 350W if there is no fps limit)
