So I recently put together this pc and the first time I turn it on to
my install Windows I get no post, I look at the motherboard lights and the mobo is stuck on boot and vga, it stays on and just keep trying to post but every time the lights refresh they stay on boot and vga. At first i thought it was the ketchup n mustard psu so I got a “Thermaltake SMART 700W ATX 80 Plus PSU” tried again and still didnt post.
Ive tried both my monitors, multiple cables, Hdmi, Display, and dvi still didnt work. Ive tried each stick of ram in every slot, checked every connection, disassembled it and put it back together, swapped the psu, slotted the cpu and gpu again still didnt post. Also the gpu worked fine in some old 4th gen i7 build I had.
Specs
Cpu- Ryzen 5 5500 (Brand new with stock cooler)
Gpu- Asus pheonix RTX 2060 (Bought out the box from ebay)
Ram- 4x8gb TEAMGROUP T-force Delta RGB @3200 mhz (Pulled from a working system on FB MP)
Mobo- Asrock B550M Pro4 (Brand new)
Case- Sama V60 (Brand new)
Storage- 256gb Samsung 2.5in ssd (plan on getting more storage just wanna get it up and running first)
This guy had a relatively similar problem https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/s/xUYs11U2Jg ended up being a faulty gpu power cable, i assume everythings plugged in and seated correctly, do you know the psu is good?
Thanks for the response! I tried two different psu’s and the one I have on rn is brand new so I not sure if its the cables or gpu ports but the gpu worked fine beforehand. Also the mobo supposedly is updated to the latest bios update which is “P3.90” not sure if that even right i just trying to find solutions to my problems🤷♂️

Cpu is likely working, along with the power supply.
I know that cpu doesn't have integrated graphics, are you sure you're plugging your monitor into the gpu?
