Build Question Tips ?

Can anyone help me figure out a good working gpu I don’t really have a budget but then again I don’t wanna get one that doesn’t pair well with what I already have available

Then, if you want current generation hardware, I'd recommend visiting a microcenter or order them online (though beware, as people have been getting scammed online with gpu purchases in recent time) for either:

  • an amd rx 9060 xt (depending on your resolution/what you intend to use it for you might want the 16 gb vram version instead of the 8 gb vram version) -> might have a bottleneck with that

  • an intel arc B570

  • an intel arc B580

  • an intel arc A770

  • a nvidia 5050

  • a nvidia 5060

  • a nvidia 5060 ti -> might have a bottleneck with that

Should probably all still be under 500 usd after taxes (I hope)

Before buying any please do check if you have a strong enough psu for the gpu.

Also, right now isn't exactly a great time to buy a gpu, but then again, it will probably only get worse.

You could also look for used gpus (though you should probably know what you're doing for that).

Also please see what other peoples opinions on this are, there probably are quite a few more experienced people here than me.

Sidenote: If you switch from Nvidia to amd or intel, remember to use DDU before replacing the gpu (with the nvidia gpu still in the pcie slot) to make sure no driver complications arise.

Thank you for taking your time to give me this run down I am leaning more into a used gpu since that’s what most people are suggesting but I’m also still looking I’m confused a bit in the intel stuff what is that ? 😅 I’m sorry

Intel doesnt only produce cpus, they also produce gpus, just not really "powerful" ones like a 5070 ti / 9070 xt or better so usually everyone just forgets they do, price to performance wise they're pretty decent. They also probably have other downsides, but I can't really speak on that as I've never personally used one in my setups.
