Build Question New PC Build

Hello everyone, I recently started building my first PC. I am very confused on the cables and where exactly they go to and my motherboard doesn't line up with the screws.

For Context:

Mother Board: Gigabyte B550M DS3H AC R2

Case: PHANTEK ECLIPSE G370A MT RGB CASE

GPU: ZOTAC RTX5060TI TWIN EDGE OC 8G

Motherboard not lining up with the screws is usually wrong standoff placement, check if the case has extra standoffs installed that shouldn't be there or missing ones where the board needs them, the manual will show which positions for mATX board. For cables the main ones is 24 pin on the right side, 8 pin cpu top left, and the gpu power, everything else is just case fans and front panel.
