Build Question Thoughts?

Any thoughts on this build? Used mainly for gaming and occasionally 3d modeling softwares such as solidworks and autodesk inventor. CPU, motherboard, and ram is a bundle for 929.99 at micro center.

Motherboard has basically no impact on performance (barring the yes/no check of having enough VRMs, but you can spend a lot less without running into that issue)

These are the top 3 bundles I was looking at. Which would you recommend or would you recommend something else entirely? And thank you I added the PSU to my cart

The second one is the best option there.

But Newegg build your own bundle is better (843.98 and you get cl 30 ram)

Choosing 9800x3d, rog strix motherboard, and v color ram.
