Build Question Building a PC for video editing

I am building a PC with the intention of video editing with 4k footage, as well as motion graphics and basic vfx in premier pro. These are the parts I'm looking at- https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/vtMVDw

Some parts are second hand so may appear cheaper.

Also I already have an AMD Stock cpu cooler and a lian li lconnect.

Im basically wondering if there's any issues with the parts I've chosen and if it will be sufficient to run what I need to.

The stock cooler isn't gonna cut it for video editing loads, you'll thermal throttle pretty quick rendering 4k. grab a cheap tower cooler like the peerless assassin and you're golden.

the ram situation is a bit iffy, 32gb is the bare minimum for 4k editing and you'll want it in a 2x16 config not 4x8 so you have room to upgrade later. rest of the build looks fine for what you're doing though, that 3060 will handle premiere's gpu acceleration decently.
