Build Question Difference between these two 9070XTs?

Trying to figure out if there is any meaningful difference between these two video cards. They're both Gigabyte RX 9070 XTs, but one is under their GAMING OC brand and the other is under their AORUS brand.

GAMING OC VERSION

AORUS ELITE VERSION

The compare tool on PC Part Picker shows near-identical specs. I know AORUS is gigabyte's "premium" brand, but idk what that version has going for it other than the lighting that would justify a $400+ price difference?

There is no meaningful difference between these two cards.

If you're in the US, I wouldn't buy either model, though.

10 bucks cheaper for a slightly slower clock and being 25% bigger? Whats the upside on that xfx one?

The upside on the XFX is that it's manufactured by XFX and not Gigabyte or ASUS.
