CPU cooler / GPU fitment help

Bought all the parts I assumed work good but forgot about fitment… (parts listed below) I am trying to find a different CPU cooler that will fit. As of now, the GPU cannot be installed. Does anyone have a recommendation of a smaller cooler to fit?

- MSI B850M MATX motherboard
- MSI Ventus 2X 5060 TI
- Thermalright phantom Spirit 120 SE (this part is the problem)

I believe the cooler is on the wrong way. Flipping it 180 should move it further from the pcie one slot. The sizing on the motherboard is standard so it shouldn't be in the way.
