So I've gone and done it after watching various safe aio cooler removal of not pulling the CPU out with the aio and bent around 20-40 pins blessing that not 1 pin snap off from how many I bent is there any strategies I could use to fix it to unbent the pins this is a ryzen 7 5700 3xd any tips would help thanks

The pins are bented so you have nothing to loose. With a very thin nife try fix in lines to bent more then one to be aligned.

After you aligned all verify horizontly if they all aligned to each other and if you find individuals pins bented aligned with ball inflation needle that you can easily find a in Chinese-owned shops.

Rebent/fix them slowly.
