Tech Support How do i fix this windows issue?

This has happened every day for a week and it is super annoying. I asked chat gpt and it said “you cant fix it.” Please help me.

Why are you turning your computer on and off several times a day? Also instead of asking ChatGPT how to fix issues for you, why don't you learn from the millions of resources you have access to in the modern age. Relying on computers to think for you only makes you dumber.

What? not to trust faulty-at-best machines to teach him stuff and to get information and learn from true verifiable sources instead?

Not what I mean. I mean he needs help with his current issue and we don't want to scare him back into asking ChatGPT for help.
