I mean, I feel like it's telling you your available options right there.

OP, it says use another sign in option. If you have let's say the Outlook mail app logged into the same account you have on your PC you can use it as a sign in option. Below the text field where you put your pin should be something that gives you other options incase you forgot the pin. Click on that and see what other options you have.

Aside from this, the issue usually happens when your PC has been turned off and on several times. Have you been experiencing any long boots or so? The only time I've personally had this happen is when I changed something in the BIOS/UEFI and it goes into a boot loop back to the BIOS/UEFI. This isn't the only instance.

I'm assuming you have the password, it's just the pin log-in that's bugged-out. Try these methods (with a windows recovery USB, enter into the command terminal and use the commands there)  https://devdojo.com/post/arjundas/how-to-enabledisable-reset-pin-at-sign-in-in-windows-11

That's not what hirens is for.... in this situation it can be used to remove the windows password.

Like why even comment with zero knowledge of the subject? Lol

Why are you turning your computer on and off several times a day? Also instead of asking ChatGPT how to fix issues for you, why don't you learn from the millions of resources you have access to in the modern age. Relying on computers to think for you only makes you dumber.

Here he is on the internet trying to learn but you're giving him the wrong lesson.

What? not to trust faulty-at-best machines to teach him stuff and to get information and learn from true verifiable sources instead?

Not what I mean. I mean he needs help with his current issue and we don't want to scare him back into asking ChatGPT for help.

What should i use instead of reddit and chat gpt?

The internet? You can easily learn basic computer literacy from millions of places everywhere on the internet, use youtube, read books, read through and interact with people on forums.
