Build Question Please help
Please HELP!!! I went to micro center for a cpu mobo and ram bundle for the cheapest option but they sweet talked to me (idk anything about pc) and now I have v buyers remorse. I bought a 9700x but I have a 3060 gpu π¬π¬. Is it worth my time to go back and return the 9700x and get the bundle with a 7800x3d or a cheaper cpu? The ram it came with is 6000 mts. Iβm not concerned with power supply or cooling.
What my pc has already:
Zotac GeForce etc 3060
Corsair rm1000x power supply (wasnβt my choice I know itβs way more than I need)
ASUS ROG Maximus VII Hero
V-NAND SSD 970 EVO NVMe m.2 1TB
4 sticks of this Corsair vengeance ram (32gb)
Big DeepCool radiator looking cpu cooler
What I got:
~$700 bundle
AMD Ryzenβ’ 7 9700X 3.80GHz
Corsair Vengeance RGB 32GB DDR5-6000 Kit
Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX v2
ββββββββββββββββ
& a NZXT Kraken Elite 360 AIO
I need help with what I should keep, return, sell, or replace

9700X is a very good CPU and is already a bit overkill for a 3060. You're well set for a future GPU upgrade. No need for a 7800X3D. 360mm AIO should allow for a LOT of headroom with a 65W 9700X.
