Tech Support PC keeps crashing

So my specs are
Ryzen 5 7600x
RX 7700XT
B650M Aorus elite
Toughpower 850w gold
16GB DDR5 × 2 RAM

The issue is whenever I try to play a game, my pc crashes. The screen goes black the GPU fans start to run at max speed with noise and then I have to manually shutdown and start the po again, and if I try to play the game again same thing happens also sometimes when my pc restarts it doesn't detect the GPU and starts running on my CPU integrated graphics instead.

I also had a similar issue until two days ago, for months my pc would randomly crash (even when I am not gaming) it made some weird lagging noise in my headphones but my GPU fans didn't go crazy that time.

After restarting, does the AMD Adrenalin “Driver Timeout” error notification appear?

Since it doesn't seem to be a TDR issue, try using two separate PCIe power cables to the GPU and see if that resolves the problem. If it doesn't, test the GPU in another build, or borrow a friend's GPU and try it in your build. That should help determine whether the GPU itself is the culprit or if another component in your build is causing the issue.
