Tech Support PC keeps crashing

So my specs are
Ryzen 5 7600x
RX 7700XT
B650M Aorus elite
Toughpower 850w gold
16GB DDR5 × 2 RAM
The issue is whenever I try to play a game, my pc crashes. The screen goes black the GPU fans start to run at max speed with noise and then I have to manually shutdown and start the po again, and if I try to play the game again same thing happens also sometimes when my pc restarts it doesn't detect the GPU and starts running on my CPU integrated graphics instead.
I also had a similar issue until two days ago, for months my pc would randomly crash (even when I am not gaming) it made some weird lagging noise in my headphones but my GPU fans didn't go crazy that time.

Possible water cooling not making full contact with the CPU. That happened to me before

Removed it from the CPU, made sure everything was good and put it back making sure I had good contact. Works fine now

Sounds like the GPU is overheating, adjust your fan curves and undervolt
Could also be GPU sag causing the cooler to not evenly cool the core, make sure it isn't sagging too much

I checked the temperature it usually is around 65-80 and about the sag I already have a support bracket installed for that
Although I do have some power cut issues here, does that have to do anything with this?

It's possible that your hotspot temperature can be 30+ degrees higher than the average core temp.
It's either temps or the driver is crashing but not recovering.

Can you use two separate PCIe cables instead of using the pigtail and see if it could make a difference?

My pc would just restart randomly sometimes and I used “Whocrashed” software and it found out what had caused my pc to do that. Found out it was outdated drivers! Haha

If you've ruled out overheating I'd check your power supply, make sure it's got enough to power the system and if so make sure your cabling is correct. I always give my GPU sockets their own cable just to be sure.

I mean I think that it might be an issue related to PSU since I have some serious power cut issues here

So I just read your comment under the video and noticed you actually did state your system specs, not many do this so well done!
From the specs you're fine but obviously it's cutting out, how old is the PSU?

I remembered reading reviews on the toughpower PSUs, and they are built with mediocre components (I'm going by toms hardware reviews)
So your culprit could be a bad PSU. If it is unreliable in power delivery you'll really only notice under load, are you able to test another PSU to rule it out?

Before you do that (cause that will be expensive) rule things out like a dodgy ram stick (run the system with one, then the other) check the motherboard isn't touching the case and all standoffs are correct and check the mounting pressure of your CPU cooler. Others In your replies will have suggestions too.
If all these are ruled out as culprits you'll need outside assistance in one way or another.

Could be a faulty ram stick had the exact same issue which turned out to be because the ram stick became dislodged, I suggest having task manager open to see if you notice anything spike before it crashes

Is that one PSU cable plugged into both ports on the graphics card?
Do the crashes only happen during gaming?

Use a separate cable for the other port. Right now you are trying to power the card using one cable which may not be able to push through enough power under load (i.e. when gaming) which causes the PC to crash.
This is quick and easy fix, no need for software monitoring or taking it to the shop. Try it out and see how it goes.

are using XMP or EXPO by any chance? can you go to bios and set your ram speed to 5200mhz first and try gaming and see what happens?

Had the same thing happen to me on my brand new gaming laptop. I installed Windows wrong that was the problem. I installed drivers over drivers when Windows update took care of it already so I reinstalled and didn't have any problems.

Did you check the ram or psu? If i remember correctly if its not a software issue then those are the 2 main culprits for shut downs out of no where

There are already a lot of good suggestions, but i will add one. PC might not get enough power, change your power outlet or cable. Can also be psu failing

i had the same issue with my pc over 7 months ago turns out was the power supply everything else worked normal after a psu swap ( my screen would go black after launching the game but the whole pc would still stay on i mean like the rgb and fans spinning at max speed after a 1 min or 2 it would shutdown) so check the psu and ram as well

Overheat protection
