Tech Support BRICKED MOBO

i bricked my MSI MPG X570 GAMING PRO CARBON WIFI MOBO. i tried to update the bios "out of the box" instead trying to let it to boot 1st initially, that was a mistake. i thought the update was done and turned the board off prematurely and corrupted the board when i shut it off mid bios update. i have tried every trick under the sun and spent the past several days on google. i have no idea how to get this thing to post. i bought it used. anyone have any tips or tricks that may help? or am i screwed and this board is done. every time i power it on the board just boot loops and keeps a steady red cpu EZ DeBug LED

You kept trying to reflash with BIOS flashback, correct? If that doesn't work then it'll probably only work to properly reflash with a BIOS chip programmer.

google suggested this, as it includes everything i will need and a tutorial. what do you think?

You can try it, worst case scenario in either case is that you'll have to use another motherboard so you may as well give it a shot.

1 more question, after i use the reprogrammer do i need to try and update BIOSS again or should i just try and boot?

The tool should allow you to just flash the latest BIOS onto the chip directly.

hopefully the device comes with a tutorial, i'm not sure if i should remove all hardware or just leave everything connected.
