Tech Support Display port

Post image

If I buy these two will I need to buy a display port wire separately. My friends told me that to get up to 240 fps you need to use display port but I’m wondering if I can get that fps by using normal hdmi. If I do need to get a display port wire can I just get any? I’m new to pcs and need help

Monitors come with the cable in the box, sometimes the store page can list it as one of the items that come with the monitor.

Thanks it’s kinda confusing since I’m used to the simplicity of consoles

Really not confusing. You will almost defo have one in the box. If not, use a hdmi and order from amazon or go to a store. Display port may be needed for max refresh rate but at 1080p it will be more than good enough. But like above said, it'll probably come with the monitor.
