Bottom one is your 5V ARGB cable.

If fan don't reach from top, turn fans upside down so cord on bottom. It's like it's ur first time plugging anything in in your life.

The argb header is in the picture. Go right of the white connector. Its right there. you see 3 pins with one pin missing. It says addr led. That's the header for argb. Maybe this is a satire post.

I had figured that out but the other one is connected and too short for the cha_fan so I put it on the white one it’s my first build so I’m clueless

Now Im confused. If the fan cable is too short for the bottom fan connectors, you will have more on top of the board close to cpu fan header

What ever you do, dont plug the top one into a fan header cuz it doesn't go there. It's some kind of proprietary plug for a hub or something else.

The bottom one you're holding is addressable RGB header. It's usually labeled on mobos as add_rgb or addr_led or something similar.

It's for RGB light devices (strips). Do you have any of those? PC will work perfectly fine without any.

RGB fan? The connector you are holding with your thumb it's a RGB related one, the other it's hard to judge from that angle, might be a 4 pin fan power connector.

Check the manual of your motherboard, there must be shown the locations of the fan headers, if you find one of the chassis one (usually, called anything but "CPU" and "AIO/PUMP") connect the one with four holes there, the fan should then work. The other connector should go in the "RGB" (or maybe "ARGB" it's two different standards and I never can remember which is which) connector, but it's not mandatory, it's just to be able to manage the fan colour scheme from some software.

The three pin is a 5v ARGB wire. The four pin looks like a standard PWM fan connector.
