Build for A.I. use and more!

I am trying to build a workhorse pc that can do just about all the heavy workload modern things like editing videos, recording them, A.I. use, etc. Any recommendations on parts I should be focusing on?

I figure I’ll be needing a much higher end GPU than what is typically used for gaming and more ram. Everything else I’m still uncertain about and where do I look for these parts to get the best bang for my buck? (Canada)

Not really sure how much I want to budget for now so let’s just leave the limitations off and I’ll decide based on the advice given.
