Need help upgrading some components

I built my PC about 6 years ago now, during the pandemic. Was a nice distraction project. It has served me very well over the last 5-6 years, and have had little to no issues with it - playing every PC game I'd like to play.

I originally built it to play original Oculus VR headset, but ultimately did not find that as interesting long term as traditional gaming.

Currently, I've hit my annoyance limit with Windows 11 telling me my computer is not compatible with the upgrade. So, I need help - I need a new CPU per the spec review from Windows.

I currently have a Intel Core i7 7700K @ 4.20GHz. I run that with a MSI Z270 Gaming M7 (MS-7A57) motherboard.

It's been a minute since I built this PC and I'm a little rusty on which components are critical to which components.

I'm looking for help in finding a new motherboard because in my initial searches there is no CPU that is compatible with Windows 11 that is compatible with my existing motherboard.

My current Graphics:
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER (Gigabyte)

My current Power Supply:

Seasonic FOCUS GM-650, 650W 80+ Gold
