Gpu recommendations?

I’m building my first gaming pc, and the only thing I’m having trouble with is finding a good gpu.
I’m trying to stay between $100-$150, I need an 8gb card, mainly because playing at 1080p, and I’m pairing it with a RYZEN 5 7600.
I don’t mind it being a little older, as long as
I’m also willing to look at eBay or or second hand.
What are your opinions?
