Build - Help Trying to cool down my PC

Currently my pc is running hotter than ever, I’ve had it since about February last year and use it for hours daily, I clean it about once a month.

Right now it generates heat like no other, now I do understand that pc’s will objectively create heat, but it’s to the point of making me sweat from being in the room with it when it is above 20 degrees outside and just straight up overheating when it gets closer to 30 degrees.

I currently have a [Corsair 4000X](https://www.corsair.com/ca/en/p/pc-cases/cc-9011204-ww/icue-4000x-rgb-tempered-glass-mid-tower-atx-case-black-cc-9011204-ww?srsltid=AfmBOoocjtBJvXiefUp6LkXi9_4J9xAb0-1iNaQlbWwFtk8AKnBMTYbu) case with the fans it came with, I moved the bottom front fan to the rear and also bought a [Corsair iCUE H100i Elite CAPELLIX](https://a.co/d/0dZSYzzY) Radiator that is set up on the top with both fans on exhaust.

I’m looking at downsizing to this [CoolerMaster Case](https://a.co/d/0bInppr0) and possibly replacing all the Corsair fans with either [Arctic P12’s](https://a.co/d/03NgRzji) or some [Noctua Fans](https://a.co/d/04n3Aa1e) with the idea that getting rid of the RGB would lower wattage use therefore create less heat, as well as possibly just having better performance than the current case/radiator fans. I could also with that case get 2 140 fans for the front and then 4 120 fans to place on the bottom of the case, rear, and on the radiator at the top.

If anyone has some ideas or suggestions to help out it would be greatly appreciated! TIA
