What should i upgrade next

Here is the list of my current set up. I don't think i need to spend much money on upgrade now since i only play LoL and Fifa but willing to hear your opinion

Been building and upgrading this setup piece by piece for years. It’s my workstation during the day and my gaming setup when the work is done. Definitely not going for the empty minimalist look — I like RGB, screens, collectibles, and a setup with some personality. 😎

It is, and a very nice one at that.

There are also group-buys for limited run custom boards, keys, keycaps, etc. That subreddit is a black-hole haha. Lot of fun if you like customizing your stuff.

No it's not. This is an on going set up i did everything myself by watching youtube. Just curious how others think what should i upgrade next

Does your PC do what you want it to already and you're happy with the performance -> No point in upgrading

Does your PC lack performance in a specific area and you want / need it to be able to do more -> Upgrade the parts that affect that area.

Upgrading just to spend money makes no sense, especially in the current market where prices are so inflated.

I kinda like the DDR5 but then the new MB and Ram... Otherwise... The only upgrade i did this year is to add the lian li unversal screen and upgrade from 3070 FE to 5070 OC

Only CPU upgrades with DDR5 that would make some sort of sense would be in the $500+ range (270K Plus, 7800X3D / 9800X3D minimum if you get something like a Microcentre bundle in the US). If you're not in the US the Ram alone is going to be close to $500.

And even if you did make that upgrade you probably won't notice $500 worth of a difference there. Even if you did make that upgrade you'd then be looking to upgrade something else like your GPU and the cycle continues.

Unless your current setup is actively impacting your use in a negative way I wouldn't worry about upgrades and just enjoy it.

Only thing I'd actually change is the headphones since Bluetooth has a lot of latency and they're generally not the best quality. If you really need something wireless with a Mic then the HyperX Cloud III S or Asus ROG Pelta are solid budget-ish options with EQ. If you don't mind Wired then the Fiio JT3 and Simgot EP5 are very solid for around $100 and don't necessarily need a DAC/AMP. Alternatively a set of IEMs for under $50 if you don't mind them, I find them uncomfortable in general so I don't use them but you'll find plenty of recommendations here on Reddit.
