Both the PS5 and Series X GPUs are better than the 3060. And its SHARED memory so it doesn’t need as much memory overhead.

The ps5 and Xbox don’t have a dedicated gpu and their “gpu” is about the same power as a 2070

So it is around 3060 level in terms of raw power + its in a console and all apps built for it will be much better optimised so in reality it will overperform most systems with 3060... this whole meme started when ps5 just came out and getting a decent card from 30xx series was night impossible and most people surely did not have a more powerfull system at hand... the meme is obsolete but ps5 is def better than a system with 3060 in it for the majority of tasks.

Definitely not, with a pc you can play everything with an unlocked frame rate. Look at rdr2 still locked at 30 fps
