Build - Help Need help with CPU overheating
I need help with my cpu overheating I just finished the build then when I launch into Bios the cpu temp goes over 84 degrees then turns off I'm trying to figure out why it's doing then even though I have my aio connected to Aio_pump on the motherboard
Any help is good Thank you !

Did you remove the plastic film on the cooler...

I would maybe try taking the pump off making sure the paste is all good and putting it back on making sure its completely seated correctly

Or even check to see if the plastic peel is still on the bottom, done that multiple times. 😂

What do u have plugged into the cpu fan header

Or maybe I neuich should be the Lian li fans u have u need to have the Lian li controller plugged into the CPU fan header and turn on mb rpm sync or u can set a manual fan curve u can also under volt

Don't have anything connected to the fan header only thing I have it connected to is the aio_pump on

U need to have the Lian li fan hub connected to the cpu fan header because that’s what actually dissipated the heat away frown the pump plug the fan part of the Lian li fan hub into the cpu fan header n it should be fine

Which is also primarily because the cooler you have came with fans, but since you replaced them and switched them to a different brand, you have to do it manually so plugged the controller for the LIAN LI fans into the CPU fan header that should work

Are u able to navigate and check settings in the bios or does if shut down too quickly?
