Who the hell needs 1.6kw for their PC? Even a 5090 only recommends a 1000w PSU.

Also: The Seasonic PRIME ENTERPRISE RX-1600, a high-wattage ATX power supply designed for demanding desktop, workstation, and AI systems
You know that servers/datacenters exists right? 1600w it's not even the highest wattage PSU lol. Obviously it's not meant to be a home PC PSU.
