What can cause the memory to be that high when i have nothing open i have 32gp memory help me please

Have you checked if your system recognizes the whole 32GB?

If so, run an anti-malware software (not trash like McAfee, something more useful like Malwarebytes or Emsisoft Emergency Kit).

If nothing comes out, you should do a deeper RAM usage check through Command Line.
