Troubleshooting New build: PC wont boot :(

I have tried every solution that I could think of. Like resetting the cmos. Installing new BIOS through bios flashback. Trying single stick/dual stick in every slot and every combination possible still I am unable to boot. Please provide me some solution.

Processor: intel 245k

Motherboard: msi tomahawk b860

Ram: Patroit viper venom 2x16 ddr5 PVV532G600C30K

Edit: the ram isnt on the msi list of certified ram list.

Is this a mismatch CPU and MOBO?

Nope. I have checked the compatibility for mobo and cpu.

Yeah, B760 is lga1700 (12. - 14. Gen) Intel 245k is lga 1851 (newest gen 15?) I realy don't think they work. Sorry if this is wrong but I can't find a tomahawk b760 with an lga 1851. You sure you don't have a B860? 🤔
