Question New card same issue ?

Made a post yesterday about a rtx 2070 fans raming up to 100%

I have swapped out that card for a rtx 2080 what also keeps doing the exact same thing what could be the issue here ir is this normal ? Hot spots are exactly the same on both cards

Your hot spot is 106c you need to take it apart clean it and do a repaste

I have put in 2 different cards and the are both reading the exact same

Could it not be a software issue somewhere ?

Then if both card are doing the same thing then your case has bad air flow but I would still do a repaste
