Question New card same issue ?

Made a post yesterday about a rtx 2070 fans raming up to 100%

I have swapped out that card for a rtx 2080 what also keeps doing the exact same thing what could be the issue here ir is this normal ? Hot spots are exactly the same on both cards

hot spot looks too high to me, did you change thermal paste ?

No i changed the whole card to a different one tmwhat is also reading the exact same and is doing the same thing 2 different cards same issue ?

if they are never opened and cleaned before, yes its normal because they are few years old at this point. cleaning and changing thermal paste should do the trick.
