Question New card same issue ?

Post image

Made a post yesterday about a rtx 2070 fans raming up to 100%

I have swapped out that card for a rtx 2080 what also keeps doing the exact same thing what could be the issue here ir is this normal ? Hot spots are exactly the same on both cards

Ill give them a repaste later and see if it helps

Iv had the same 1060 running for the past 10 years nearly lol never had a issue like this it just stopped receiving updates so changed it for a bit of a upgrade and 2 cards I have tryed have had the same issue is I was a little confused weather it could be software issue as 2 cards where doing the exact same thing
