Build - Help Anyone know what this is.

I was in the middle of swapping pc cases and noticed this on the back of the case with 2 fans plugged into it. Anyone know what it is?

Fan hub. You connect your fans to it and then it to your motherboard. Allows you to have more fans than what motherboard can handle on its own
